Pricing

What does fixing your business systems actually cost?

Real numbers, in public, with what they include. They are starting points — the proposal reflects your actual scope, and it is written down before you commit to anything.

How to engage

Four ways to work together.

Choose a fixed-scope build, a defined audit, day-rate advisory, or reserved monthly support. Each has its own pricing basis.

Implementation projects

From $2,500

Fixed-scope CRM and automation work starts here. Website and ERP packages have their own entry prices below. Scope, timeline, and price are written before kickoff.

  • Discovery and systems review
  • Written proposal with fixed price
  • Progress reviews during the build
  • 30 days of post-launch support

Operational audit

From $1,500

A defined review and written roadmap, priced by deliverable. The 1–2 week turnaround is elapsed time, not full-time advisory days.

  • Review of the current digital stack
  • Workflow and integration findings
  • Prioritized written roadmap
  • Summary walkthrough

Advisory

From $1,500/day

Time-based strategy, architecture, and workshops without implementation. Separate from the fixed-deliverable operational audit.

  • Tooling and platform recommendations
  • Architecture and roadmap
  • Team workshops when useful

Project pricing

Five common implementation packages.

Starting prices and included work. Additional pages, systems, migration, and integrations change scope; your written proposal confirms the total.

Website

2–3 weeks

From $3,500

Best for: A business replacing an outdated site or building a stronger lead-generation one.

  • Modern, mobile-first design
  • Up to six pages
  • Lead capture wired to your inbox or CRM
  • On-page SEO and analytics
  • Hosting and domain guidance

Website + CRM

3–4 weeks

From $6,500

Best for: Teams who need every enquiry to land somewhere the whole team can see.

  • Full website build
  • CRM platform setup and configuration
  • Forms wired into the pipeline
  • Contact and deal workflow automation
  • Team training and documentation

Connected Business Platform

4–6 weeks

From $9,500

Best for: Businesses where the site has to do operational work, not just communicate.

  • Website + CRM + operational hub
  • Estimating, invoicing, intake flows
  • Client portal where useful
  • Integrations across your tool stack
  • Onboarding and team handoff

Automation & AI Workflows

2–3 weeks

From $2,500

Best for: Removing high-frequency manual steps between tools you already run.

  • Workflow audit and mapping
  • Lead routing, follow-up, and reminders
  • Data sync between your tools
  • Document and invoice automation
  • Monitoring, alerts, and team handoff

ERP & Odoo Implementation

4–8 weeks

From $5,000

Best for: Operations where sales, purchasing, inventory, and finance have stopped agreeing.

  • Needs analysis and platform selection
  • Selected ERP setup for the agreed first phase
  • Data migration from legacy systems
  • Custom workflows and dashboards
  • Staff training and documentation

Package lists show possible deliverables, not a promise that every item fits the entry price. The base website can route to an inbox or an existing CRM; new CRM setup is a separate package. ERP implementation starts with a focused phase. Third-party subscriptions, hosting, and usage charges are separate and paid directly to providers. Monthly plans

Ongoing support retainers.

For teams that want a partner after launch — keeping systems current, secure, and improving without starting a new project every time.

Light Touch

$750/mo

5 hours per month

Small updates, platform upkeep, monthly check-ins. For teams that have launched and want to stay current.

Business Retainer

$1,500/mo

12 hours per month

Regular updates, small builds, CRM changes, and ongoing maintenance. The most common monthly engagement.

Priority Partner

$2,500/mo

20 hours per month

Dedicated capacity for active growth. Priority response, strategy reviews, and continuous improvement.

Three-month minimum commitment, then 30 days’ notice to cancel. Unused hours do not roll over — a retainer is reserved capacity, not a balance.

The honest comparison

You may not need another full-time hire.

For continuous full-time work, an employee may be the better fit. For defined projects or changing monthly needs, compare capacity and scope.

  • Base salary, continuous
  • Employer taxes and benefits
  • Recruiting and onboarding
  • Equipment and software
  • Management and review time
  • One person’s range of skills
  • Fixed scope, fixed price
  • No employment overhead
  • Starts at an agreed date
  • Several disciplines, as needed
  • Scales down when work does
  • Projects end; retainers have a three-month minimum

Compare actual workload, continuity needs, and the role you would hire before choosing a standing engagement.

Honest fit

Where we may not be the right fit.

We work best with businesses that want a real system built properly. Below are the situations where someone else will serve you better, and we would rather say so now than three weeks in.

  • Quick-fix jobs without a defined scope or business goal.

  • Lowest-bid projects where price is the only factor.

  • Template customization on WordPress or Shopify as the whole project.

  • Print design, packaging, or traditional advertising.

  • Engagements without a clear operational outcome.

How it works

From first call to launch.

The same process on every engagement, so you always know what's next, who's responsible, and what it will cost.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A conversation about where you are, what’s slowing things down, and what success would look like. No pitch.

  2. 02

    Written proposal

Scope, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price — in writing — before anything begins.

  3. 03

    Deposit & kickoff

50% deposit to start. Kickoff call to align on goals, owners, and the schedule.

  4. 04

    Build & review

Regular updates and reviews throughout. You stay informed at every step.

  5. 05

    Launch & handoff

Live, trained, and documented. Includes 30 days of post-launch support.

Questions

Common questions.

Is the pricing flexible?

Pricing reflects the actual time and expertise that goes into the work. We don't inflate to negotiate down — what you see is what it costs to do the work properly. If your scope is smaller, your price is smaller. Every proposal is fitted to the specific engagement.

Why is the engagement priced this way?

Every project is led by a senior practitioner who understands business operations, not just code or visuals. You get clarity, accountability, and a system that actually works — not a junior team behind a generic support queue.

Do you bill hourly?

Implementation projects and operational audits are quoted by scope and deliverable. Advisory has a day rate. Monthly retainers reserve a defined allowance; work beyond that is discussed and approved separately.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's exactly what the consultation is for. A 30-minute conversation usually clarifies the right starting point — whether that's a project, an audit, or a retainer. No obligation either way.

How do you handle changes mid-project?

Scope is defined carefully upfront. If something new comes up, we write a brief change order with the added cost and timeline impact, and wait for your approval before continuing. No surprises at invoice time.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for adjustments and small fixes. After that, many clients move into a monthly retainer to keep growing the system. Optional, never required.

Are software licences included in these prices?

No. Third-party subscriptions, hosting, and usage charges are separate from our implementation and support fees. We identify expected provider costs during scoping so you can review them before committing.

Do you work with businesses outside Florida?

Yes. We work with clients across the US. Most collaboration happens asynchronously through email, shared documents, and recorded updates. Live calls are scheduled for kickoff, key reviews, and launch.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign standard mutual NDAs before discussing proprietary systems, internal data, or sensitive business details.

The next step

Not sure which engagement fits?

A 30-minute conversation usually settles it. We'll review where you are, where the friction is, and recommend the right starting point — including when that isn't us.

  1. 01

    A conversation

Thirty minutes on what is slowing the business down. No pitch, no deck.

  2. 02

    An honest read

Where we would start, what can wait, and whether we are the right fit at all.

  3. 03

    A written scope

Only if it makes sense — deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price, in writing.
